All parcels are sent using Tracked 24 delivery at a flat rate of £6.
Reship Policy
In the unlikely event your parcel does not arrive, we will provide one free reship after 10 working days from the day after the original expected delivery date.
Please note:
Free reships do not apply if tracking shows “Delivered” or “Attempted Delivery.”
Yes, all orders are sent with tracking.
Your tracking details are automatically sent to your email by Royal Mail on the evening your order is shipped. Occasionally, their system may not send the tracking email.
If this happens, there’s no need to worry. If your parcel hasn’t arrived on the expected delivery day, contact us and we’ll make it a priority to check your order and send your tracking details the following day.
All orders placed and paid for before 11am, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
While delivery is typically expected the next working day, this timeframe is not guaranteed. Please allow 1–3 working days for delivery, as postal delays can occur and are outside of our control.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed after 11am, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
During busy periods (including Christmas and other peak seasons), delivery times may be extended due to increased demand within the postal network. We kindly ask customers to allow additional time for delivery during these periods before contacting us.
Our tracked shipping system with Royal Mail is in place for the protection of both you and us. All delivery decisions are based strictly on the tracking information provided by Royal Mail, and this is considered final.
If Royal Mail tracking shows “Delivered” or “Attempted Delivery,” we are unable to offer a reship under any circumstances.
This also applies if:
Delivery preferences have been changed (e.g. left with a neighbour or redirected to a different address)
Delivery instructions were amended after dispatch
The tracking status has been altered in any way
Additionally, we do not use a live return address. If Royal Mail tracking shows that a parcel has been “Returned to Sender,” we are unable to offer a reship.
We cannot accept responsibility for:
Incorrect address details provided at checkout
Access issues at the delivery address
Missed deliveries
Courier errors once tracking confirms delivery or attempted delivery
Ordering works just like any standard e-commerce website. Simply add your chosen items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
At checkout, you’ll be prompted to complete payment via cryptocurrency or bank transfer.
If you choose bank transfer, the payment details will be sent to your email after checkout. Please ensure payment is made promptly so your order can be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after purchase, it will be replaced with the closest alternative of equal value.

If you realise you’ve made an error after placing your order, please contact us on Telegram immediately so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
We do not offer refunds for orders where incorrect shipping information has been provided.
