In the event of a dispute, video documentation is required:

- The sealed vacuum bag must be shown before it is opened
- The unpacking must be captured in one continuous video, with no cuts or edits
- Each mylar bag must be opened on camera
- Each product must be weighed on camera

All items must remain in frame throughout. If anything leaves the frame or the recording is interrupted, the dispute will be void.

Disputes submitted without this video cannot be resolved.
